Where your data lives
All data is hosted exclusively in Zurich, on Swiss cloud infrastructure. That means European data sovereignty, and no transfer of your commercial data outside the region as part of normal operation.
Data protection
smartNsales is designed to meet the requirements of the GDPR and the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). Data protection is treated as a platform requirement rather than a feature.
Access control
Commercial data is among the most sensitive information a brand holds: pricing, agreements, negotiation history. Access is controlled at workspace level so people see the accounts and activities relevant to their role.
Certification roadmap
ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications are currently underway. We report progress honestly rather than implying certifications we do not yet hold.
